- Swap of potential prize money for risk adjusted, secured income in domestic, UEFA and FIFA competitions
- Allows clubs and federal associations to hedge their ‚on pitch‘ results prior to the start of the competition or even during the competition
- Clubs and FAs retain the income if they do not qualify/perform and Greenshield absorbs the loss
- Greenshield receives the prize money if clubs or FAs are successful
- The business model is based on the cooperation with international insurance companies (minimum rating A-) that cover the risks.
- Swap of conditional bonus clauses in transfer agreements for risk adjusted, secured income
- Selling clubs can sell conditional transfer clauses to Greenshield upfront with a risk discount
